Prepaid VS Postpaid in Malaysia

Unpredictable, I changed my mobile postpaid to prepaid since 2 month ago. Why? Because I’m tired of it, the sky-high bills every month.

Nowadays, owning a mobile phone is pretty much the norm, however, people are rocking a new smartphone without meditate to cause the crazy bills that can turn up every month shouldn't be, are we?

Save a plenty of amount by choosing the right plan provider! My post will briefly, but well-roundedly compare prepaid VS postpaid.

Prepaid VS Postpaid

Postpaid plans offer a hassle free service without risk of running out of credit. And prepaid plans offer more versatility and use Pay-As-You-Use billing concept which relieves prepaid user from being tied to any contract or month bills.

Which one better? Of course, it really depends on your mobile usage. If you are heavy user such as for business purposes, the best way for you to save money is by using a postpaid plan that fits your needs. On the other hand, the light user who overall monthly spending below RM50 as me, will definitely go for prepaid to save money in the long run!

So think about it, what's your needs? For example do you really need a mobile internet service up to 4G? Do your usage (call/SMS) above RM50.00? I don’t think so.

Before the “Smartphone Age” come, our overall mobile usage was not expensive as now. But why people keep spend their money on mobile service? It’s all about the smartphone culture and the marketing strategies which Telco company applied.

Don’t simply follow the way that people created for you. Take your time for meditate and choose a plan which suits your need and budget. Same to what I did this time.

Workout Life Review

I bet you guys had dream about to own a nice body before, at least once a life to everyone. So do I.

I really can't remember how many years ago that I promise myself to train and get my dream body SOON. But it didn't work well. *ashamed*

 2012's me

2013's me
It's still the same body shape. Haiz..

Not because i didn't workout, just not constantly enough. But from now onward, I will do the workout constantly. That's why I post it out. To remind me that what I have to achieve. =)

"If I don't have a good powerful body, how can I protect you in future?" - My quote always push me so far. :D

I had tried workout at True Fitness, Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness. Hence, my following post will briefly compare True Fitness vs Fitness First vs Celebrity Fitness.

Branches location

Fitness First has 13 branches in Malaysia and 100s all over the world.

Celebrity Fitness has 14 branches in Malaysia.

True Fitness only has 5 in Malaysia.

Well, no competition here. Fitness First won the point.

Fitness First - 2 / Celebrity Fitness - 1 / True Fitness - 0

Member fees

Fitness First definitely is the most expensive compare with Celebrity Fitness and True Fitness.

Last I heard Fitness first charges the passport membership as RM185, True Fitness charges RM180, Celebrity Fitness charges RM175.

However, the charges are very depend on how good the relationship do you have in the fitness network. My friend can even get free for workout at Celebrity Fitness.

Fitness First - 0 / Celebrity Fitness - 2 / True Fitness - 1

Facilities

Well, there're almost the same situation during the peak hours.

True Fitness is known to owned many equipment. So this round goes to True Fitness. And I found Celebrity Fitness had less facilities such as swimming pool, steam room and etc are limited compared to Fitness First. Hence, Fitness First is slightly better than Celebrity Fitness.

Fitness First - 1 / Celebrity Fitness - 0 / True Fitness - 2

Staff Service

True Fitness staffs are pretending that they 'care' about you, but eventually they don't actual care who you are. I used to be there for 1 month trial. But eventually they stop my trial after 1 week because they save my data as 1 week trial even though my summit 1 month trial document to them. HOW CARELESS they are.

Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness staffs are quite friendly I would like to say. But you will feel 'ma fan' if you forget to bring Fitness First  membership card, because they'll require to fill out annoying data form for confirmation. In Celebrity, all you need to do is provide your mobile number for confirmation. Much more convenience!

Fitness First - 1 / Celebrity Fitness - 2 / True Fitness - 0

Form above comparison, Celebrity Fitness wins 5, Fitness First gains 4, and True Fitness is 3.

Dry Bah Kut Teh at Restoran Bah Kut Teh Yap Eng 叶荣肉骨茶 @ Taman Sentosa, Klang

On a lovely Sunday noon time, I decided to drive all the way to Klang for a good Bah Kut Teh lunch. It's been quite a long while that  I didn't taste it.

Klang has always been known for its Bah Kut Teh and it was irresistible. However, there are too many Bah Kut Teh restaurant located in Klang. So I bet most people will confuse which is the most famous/tasty restaurant.

Today, I had my fantastic Bah Kut Teh lunch @ Restoran Bah Kut Teh Yap Eng (叶荣肉骨茶) which is the best dry Bah Kut Teh in my food list. *Drooling*

Highly recommend this place where you can have dry Bah Kut Teh!

An unstoppable explorer, Dive experience.

Life is short and we have never too much time for many things, so enjoy it to the fullest. Hence, I like to be an unstoppable explorer.

Why unstoppable explorer? Because I immersed myself in elements of
Sea

and other elements are coming soon. :P

I love touch and experience everything, which isn't good all the time because sometimes it'd accompanied by dangerous. . Life is madness, fight and cross the challenges in our adventure, our world will be more beautiful and meaningful.

Danger is very real, but fear is a choice. - The Earth
Awesome Right

Malaysia is one of the greatest internationally known destinations for diving. It's unparalleled treasure for every diver. In past five years, I will schedule at least one relaxing island trip annually for snorkeling. But last year, we decided to take the PADI course. Frankly, our plan come out very unexpected in very last minute. But, that's is good! Life is always out of control. And now, we are holding the Open Water diving license. OH YEAH!! ^0^

OH YEAH!!*2

Lined up underwater. Trust me, it is not as simple as you think.

We studied hard every night in an attempt to pass the exam. I never do this for a long time after graduated. :P

This year, my another group of friends just get the PADI Open Water diving license! It's awesome! Our diver Gangs is getting bigger and bigger.

Although most of us are newborn divers, but we already plan our next diving trip on April 2014, visit to Tenggol Island which is one of the most beautiful islands in east coast of Malaysia (off the coast of Terengganu),  another paradise for and divers.

This shall be fun.

Bought flight ticket to Bali for 2014's travel

Well, I bet you know Air Asia always come out with some low price flight ticket to attract their sales. This moth, they actually do the same thing too, AirAsiaGo Massive Savings Travel Packages Promotion 2013.

Booking Period : 8 July 2013 - 14 July 2013
Travel Period: 10 February 2014 - 5 August 2014

I had missed the RM0.00 flight ticket in Feb 2013, I don't want to miss this very valuable flight anymore though the RM0.00 flight ticket is much more valuable.

Immediately purchased flight tickets once I get the confirmation from my friend. Our destination is Bali this time. Before purchase flight tickets, I actually did a lot of research from internet. Excited to the MAX!!

Bali is renowned for its diverse and sophisticated art forms, such as sculpture, woodcraft, performing arts, and thousand of temple. Apparently, we can't explore everything within 1 week trip, even though Balinese also can't make it. Hence, I routed 4 main point for our itinerary in Bali, such as Tanah Lot Temple, Ulun Danu Temple, Tirta Empul Temple, and watch dolphin.

Tanah Lot Temple
 Ulun Danu Temple

I'm positively bursting to fly to Bali already. Haha.. I have planned my next year tour. How about yours? :D

Running Man in Malaysia 2013

I bet most of you already heard of Running Man because they're one of the hottest variety show! I think Kpop has officially taken the whole world. I never really take variety show seriously until last year I heard my friend talked about Running Man 74th episode which was cast about Christmas Super Power Full Battle and I was like WOWWW this is damn incredible!! *No offence to variety show but Running Man is the one who caught my attention.* Wondering how do they cast the super power battle scene in live, especially the ability of Duplicator and Time Controller. I remember that I immediately watch it via PPS in iPad apps until late night. I was shocked that their style, production making and program planning, it's AMAZING TO THE MAX!! I can say that's the origin which made me fall in love with them though I'm not as extreme as my friends. LOL. So start watch Running Man from the 1st episode was my next mission! XOXOXO

Supposedly download the entire episodes into my iPad, but I couldn't due to the limited space. Hence, I download it year by year. Up to last Friday, I finished 2011 episode and plan to have 2012. But, I found that Running Man was no longer available in PPS Malaysia apps! HOW SAD! It really depress me because Running Man is the main TV program to me right now. Without Running Man, without fun!

There's always a plan B. 风行电影 is the another choice for me right now.

By the way, do you know that 4 RUNNING MAN member (Kim Jong Kook, HaHa, Gary and Ji Suk Jin) will be Kuala Lumpur for the RACE START! In Malaysia. Running Man Fan Meeting Asia Tour 2013 on 7th Sept 2013? About this upcoming showcase hosted by Big Pocket Group.

Mellben Seafood 龙海鲜螃蟹王 @ Ang Mo Kio, Singapore

Last weekend, I went to Singapore for something. Of course! I won't miss this chance to visit my crony who work at Singapore, Alicia Lau.

Never get bored cam-whore with Alicia. :D

Kinda regret that I didn't plan how to spend my Singapore trip after meet up. I was just worried on how are we going to meet each other. Big mistake!! Hopefully next time I will plan something for it.

Honestly, our plan came quite last minute. We decided dine at Mellben seafood, which is the most famous seafood restaurant located in Ang Mo Kio.

We discovered the Mellben Seafood hype on social media, just like any kiasu people would do. According to the reviews from internet, Mellben Seafood start the business on 4.30pm, but at the same time, people will start the long queue too. So we have to be there as early as possible to avoid long queue disappointment.

Headed off to Mellben Seafood after shopping at ION Orchard.

We ordered a Frog Leg with Dried Chili. Both of us never try live frog before. Haha..there is always the first time. Well, it's not bad. Just think too much on how it look like. :P

The main star dish of the day, Claypot Crab Bee Hon Soup (can found in the list of Special Recommendation) at SGD55.00. This is the smallest crab that we can get from the menu, but it still big enough. The broth was incredibly milky and irresistible. *yummy*

Omgosh! It's REALLY really big!

After finish XD

About 20 mins after the opening hours, seats were almost filled, and the queue was NEVER ending the entire time we were there. I'm flabbergasted. So, it's advisable to go early or be prepared to stand in long queue.

Thank you so much my bestie for treat me this meal as belated birthday meal, even though my birthday was on Feb. :P

I had such a great day with you. Truly blessed to have you in my life!
